The location, within walking distance of the port of Gialos, is a spacious studio with a lovely backyard with everything you need for a comfortable stay on the beautiful island of Symi. Spot on, clean and with two extraordinary hosts: Nikos and Eva are extremely welcoming and kind, and you can ask them anything about the whereabouts.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped, in a great, quiet location just 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants around the harbour. Nikos and Eva were such lovely, helpful, and welcoming hosts. Eva picked us up and drove us to our ferries, and gave us some delicious homemade rice pudding at the end of our second day! Nikos gave us great restaurant and outing recommendations and helped us reserve a great boat tour. They live right next door and can always be found outside on the patio with a smile and help.

The Host was the nicest and sweetest Person, she picked us up even though, it is super close to the Port.
She brought us cake. And everything was super clean.

A traditional house very close to the center, very spacious for 2 people. We had a good view from the balcony too. The hosts are amazing people!

A traditional Greek house. It had everything we needed. A good bed, kitchen and was very clean. Nikos and Eva are the nicest people you will ever meet. We had stayed in Air BnB’s so to find your bed made and fresh towels was lovely. Eva picked us up from the port. It was just 5 minutes from town but still quiet. Would go back again.

Best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We were picked up from the port and dropped back to the port early when needed with no problems. They were always if we needed anything. Lovely people! Location is perfect, a little outside the main area of the town but still close to everything. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and added to our experience. I would definitely recommend staying at Nikos and Eva!

Loved staying at Nikos and Eva’s place. They are the most welcoming hosts, greeting us at the ferry and providing us with various Easter baked goods. The house itself is well equipped and in a great location. The island of Symi is amazing - beautiful architecture, crystal clear waters and great food. You should defo visit if you have the chance!

Let me start by saying thank you to the hosts. From the first minute it felt like home (I never write this). The apartment was very comfortable, clean, quiet and located a few meters walk from the bay and city center. We travel a lot but not often have we met such nice people. They gave us advice on how to get around the island and helped with so much more. Symi was great but our hosts made the stay memorable. Thanks

The hosts were very hospitable. Eva picked us up from the port and drove us to the property. The room was impeccably clean, the location is perfect as it isn’t in the bustle of the center but is a close and beautiful walk. The view all around is beautiful. It was nice and quiet. Kitchenette if you want to prepare a meal. And I repeat, very clean!

The apartment has a full kitchen and it was refreshing to make,ourselves a full breakfast after being days on the road. She has absolutely everything needed in the apartment and felt like being home. When we were out of some ingredients she was more than happy to give us from her home. She also drove us to the port when we were leaving and gave us a really good restaurant recommendation.

Everything was perfect! Eva and Nikos were great hosts. Eva took us with a car from the harbor when we arrived, and drove us to this lovely property. The studio was marvelous, with vintage design, and had everything we needed. It's very close to the center of the town yet very quiet.

Absolutely loved staying here. Run but such a lovely couple. Eva collected us and gave us a lift back to the ferry, as well as minding our bags on the last day, while we went to the beach and got a late ferry. When you go in the door, there is a bedroom to the right and a wee, well equipped kitchen to the right, with a spacious bathroom off it. Then into a living room/main bedroom, with a comfy double bed, Aircon, TV and balcony. Off this is another single bedroom.
Out front there is a seating area, as well as a table and chairs in the main room.
The accommodation is beautifully furnished, for example a chandelier in the main room, close to the port, on the lower level, so no hiking uphill required.
I so loved this place, and rather than say my usual "I would stay again", on this occasion, it is that I so want to stay again and can't wait to go back to this beautiful place, on this beautiful island.

Eva was so kind to collect us and bring us back to the port. She gave us advice on where to visit, had a bottle of cold water for us on arrival. Even had plus and tablets for mosquitoes but we did not need them.
English books to read, tourist information - all very thoughtful.
Nikos gave us advice on what bwsch to visit by water taxi.
A very welcoming couple and in a very central location - 5 minutes walk/stroll to the centre but in a peaceful and authentic Greek location.
We will be back.

Nikos and Eva are two of the loveliest people, picked us up at the port and dropped us off when it was time for us to leave. Nikos speaks good english and both were very helpful and kind.

A lovely place with lovely hosts. They cared a lot about me and they were very helpful and comprehensive. They even took me to the port when I arrived in Symi. I highly recommend this place!

My 19yo son and his friend stayed here in June and Nikos and Eva could not have been better hosts - kind, friendly and very helpful. What a lovely couple! The room was comfortable and clean - cleaned every day - and the air con works very well, which is imperative in this heat! And the location is excellent - just a few minutes easy walk to the centre.

Our lovely hosts Nikos and Eva met us on the quay when our ferry arrived. We loaded our luggage into Eva's vehicle and she transported us to our accommodation. We chatted and Eva served beautiful coffee with preserved fruit Greek style in the shade of a creeper. Nikos and Eva took shine to us because the next day Eva delivered more coffee and preserves and mineral water. And she showed us her amazing turtles. We will forget never our time here.

Authentic Symi charm with the warmest hosts ever. Nikos and Eva are truly lovely and so hospitable. The room we had was charming. It had three bedrooms!! Two terraces (one a small balcony looking over towards the harbour). They were always close at hand if you needed anything but not in an overbearing way. I completely relaxed there with a comfortable bed and just the right distance from the centre to be quiet.

Lovely quiet location, but just a few minutes to waterfront. Nikos and Eva are a charming couple and were very helpful.
Lots of facilities in room including a full kitchen, if you wanted to cook anything.

My stay in Nikos and Eva Studios was great. Eva and Nikos make sure that you can enjoy your holiday the best possible way. Studios are big and spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are renovated only couple of years ago and beds just this winter. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I have ever had travelling for many years on the greek islands. There are even mattress toppers! Both them and the pillows are made of Memory Foam! For sure I'll choose Nikos and Eva Studios also for my next visit to Symi!

I like the best the feel that Nikos and Eva make you feel like you are home. They both are very friendly and nice. Also they offer an apartment with everything, the stove, a microwave, kettle, utensils, everything very clean. The bed covers were very beautiful and very comfortable.
The most exciting thing was that Eva picked us up from the port with her car and provided free ride to the apartment. We were both surprised and happy. It never happened with any hotel or apartment we booked before.
